INSIGHTS & ANALYTICS LEAD - FULL TIME, LONDON

The Insights & Analytics Lead will oversee insights across END. You will be key contact for all the things related to Analytics including Digital, Customer and Brand. The high-level focus of this role is to drive actionable insight from our data sources through reporting, analytics and research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all business functions are kept aware and informed of relevant insights and analytics.
  • Leading on customer-based insights.
  • Highlighting and promoting the importance of effective analytics implementation and measurement for all new site functionality and initiatives.
  • Driving and maintaining a customer-led mentality.
  • Responding to a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Driving ongoing site optimisation strategies.
  • Managing and developing external relationships and third parties.
  • Managing and maintaining internal relationships with Directors, Heads of and Senior Managers.
  • Supporting digital, customer and research activities.
  • Support development of the Product roadmap to not only enhance the consumer experience but also achieve business goals.

Skills and experience

  • Experience of Google, Analytics or similar web analytics tool, SQL, Tableau or similar BI tool.
  • A passion for insight and analytics and an understanding of how data can be exploited to drive competitive advantage.
  • Strong experience analysing digital and customer-level data.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to convert and communicate data to a wide range of audiences.
  • The ability to identify and understand complex businesses challenges and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate skills to build and maintain strong relationships across the business.
  • Experience managing external partners and third-party suppliers.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • A consumer-oriented focus.
  • A good understanding of data science or statistics.
  • Educated to a degree level, ideally in mathematics, statistics, economics, management sciences or similar.
  • Previous line management experience.
  • Experience with R. Python tool.
  • Excellent data visualisation skills.
