PRODUCT MANAGER - FULL TIME, LONDON

At END. we are rethinking retail, and we are looking for a proactive product manager who understands the space to join our team. 2024 is an exciting year for END. and there are several exciting projects in the pipeline, as we deliver these capabilities, we want our product team to work to maximise opportunities, connect with customers and elevate shopping experience, keeping it omnichannel.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Work with Head of Product and Product team to build and deliver the roadmap.
  • Product Discovery - Web & Mobile Apps.
  • Understand and communicate business objectives and customer needs.
  • Identify product gaps and generate product ideas.
  • Lead the ideation, development and launch of new features and improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, proactively removing obstacles and improving processes.
  • Translate product strategy into agile requirements.
  • Maintain quality of all releases.
  • Hold tech partners to defined acceptance criteria.
  • Define and analyse metrics that inform product success and health.
  • Understand and be able to execute an experimentation programme.

What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience

  • Solid understanding of E-Commerce and has a background in this area, not fully accountable but should have a focus on trade maximising company KPI's.
  • Track record or working on and delivering projects and and product enhancements that have had a direct impact to either business or the customer.
  • Strong understanding of product-building areas including engineering, data/analytics and design.
  • Customer centricity – Understand ENDs customers, their problem points and work with the business to make sure these are a priority.
  • Work closely and directly in teams with software engineers. QA and delivery team.
  • Understand and be able to communicate using technical terms to improve collaboration with teams.
  • Understand and have experience working within agile frameworks, be comfortable with the processes and always strive to inspect, adapt and improve.
  • Have knowledge of omnichannel and be keen to learn how to improve these areas. At END we have ambitions to continue to grow online and offline.
  • Experience in experimentation and solid understanding of A/B testing processes and frameworks
  • Be able to work across the business with stakeholders, understand their needs and communicate this into tech teams as requirements and scope .
