We currently have an exciting opportunity in our IT Operations & Engineering department for a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant. The role will be to help END. deliver against it's business objectives through the design, delivery and support of Dynamics 365 solutions across Finance, Logistics and Retail

What you'll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Utilise knowledge and experience to lead workshops, recommending the design and configuration of the D365 F&O solution
  • Own, build and configure the D365 F&O environment
  • Work with project team to define development agenda
  • Manage the development of interfaces and changes
  • Manages code promotions and platform updates
  • Identify the business impact of business change, across process, people and systems.
  • Assist in test script definition, and support the testing process.
  • Ensure training plans and training materials support the new platform.

What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience

  • Extensive experience of Dynamics AX2012/D365 F&O including the delivery of a project
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and functions, specifically Advanced Warehousing.
  • Full project lifecycle experience - Agile approach preferred
  • An understanding of the overall Microsoft stack (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI)
  • Good experience of leading and directing the work of others; proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues based on trust and confidence.
  • Proven written and oral communications skills and strong interpersonal skills that can be executed credibly to inspire confidence.
  • A problem solver with a pragmatic and tenacious attitude to seek out resolutions in a collaborative manner.
  • Strong attention to detail.


  • Other D365 F&O module experience, and Retail.
  • Demonstrable experience in an ecommerce retailer or supply chain environment.
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 Certification
