ECOMMERCE TRADING EXECUTIVE - HIGHBURY OR PARSONS

END. is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical E-commerce Executive to join our Ecommerce Trading team within the Digital team.

The role focuses on driving growth for our online stores through effective product presentation, merchandising, and a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and an understanding of e-commerce trends and best practices.

Key responsibilities include optimizing on-site conversion, traffic, revenue, and margin, while collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, and Studio teams on category promotions and curated edits. The role involves overseeing the commercial plan, managing risks and opportunities, and working closely with trade and marketing teams to achieve targets. Regular reporting and data-driven insights will support continuous improvement in customer engagement. Weekly reporting on key metrics and using data-driven insights will support continuous improvement in customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

Key responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing category plans aligned with existing inventory, inbound product and other commercial data points.
  • Analyse e-commerce performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates and purchase funnel to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Improve digital product offering and the wider e-commerce strategy through identification of opportunities for AB testing, site development and and other improvements to the digital offering.
  • Assist the Head of Ecom to generate weekly trade reports to track the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives & strategies and to make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective merchandising of END . product and Launches according to schedule, embargos and any other relevant sales restrictions in effect.
  • Driving full-price sales and product sell through within a category by managing product listing algorithms and product/brand exposure plans, , underpinned with commercial inventory data.
  • Monitoring and optimisation of search tool performance to assist in driving product discovery
  • Working in collaboration with the product team, ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for for search through a basic
  • Create and execute promotional strategy for Category products, including the set up and maintenance of various promotions and campaigns including curated edit plans.
  • Data analysis and reporting to analyse platform engagement data and inventory reports to drive day-to-day activity and generating category performance reports to providing the business with relevant, timely and accurate data to drive decision making

What you'll be able to demonstrate

Skills and experience

  • Experience in retail industry with Ecommerce and Merchandising preferable.
  • Commercial awareness with excellent product knowledge and passion for the fashion industry.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with self starter attitude.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills.
  • Knowledge of Algolia, Mangento and Google analytics beneficial but not essential.
  • Professional qualifications or extensive practical knowledge gained through experience.
