We currently have an exciting opportunity in our IT Engineering department for a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join END. – the leading global online destination for contemporary clothing. The successful candidate will join our in house development team - working on a complete migration from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365; ongoing support and exciting new projects to leverage the power of D365. Finance and some related business functions are already running on D365, with Retail POS to follow shortly and warehousing project starting Q4 this year. Candidates should be able to demonstrate that they can take ownership of an active project, get up to speed quickly, and work well in a team environment.

Our current ERP technical team is based in London (Highbury), the functional team is orientated to the North East site in Washington. This role could be based in either location, with some travel between sites as required.

What you’ll be doing:

Key responsibilities

  • Delivering a range of developmental activities focused on improving and supporting our D365 platform
  • Creation of technical specifications to meet business requirements
  • Working with 3rd parties in collaboration on large projects
  • Monitor integrations
  • Complete developments to high standards
  • Provide insight and guidance on best practices and workflows
  • Be able and willing to bring new ideas to the table
  • Plan and carry out unit testing

What you’ll be able to demonstrate:

Skills and experience

  • Extensive commercial experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics AX / 365
  • Strong knowledge of core D365 application; Finance & Logistics
  • Expert understanding of X++, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Visual Studio, 3rd Party integration and API’s (REST) , C#, Swagger/SQL
  • Previous experience working in an agile development environment using DevOps and TFVC desirable
  • Experience working with Power Platform
  • A contributor to the developmental roadmap to drive value and efficiency
  • An aptitude for creative problem solving
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Previous experience working with D365 Commerce or retail applications highly desirable.
